Spent Digital Labs provides software development services including but not limited to: web application development, Web3 and blockchain development, mobile application development, LMS platforms, game development, and WordPress solutions. Specific terms for each client engagement are governed by a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) signed before project commencement.
3. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, code, and design on this website are the intellectual property of Spent Digital Labs unless otherwise stated. For client projects, intellectual property transfer is governed by the individual Service Agreement. By default, upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-built deliverables.
4. Contact Form & Inquiries
Submitting a contact form or inquiry does not create a binding contract or guarantee service delivery. Engagements are only confirmed upon execution of a written Service Agreement and receipt of an agreed deposit.
5. Limitation of Liability
Spent Digital Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or information contained herein. Our liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for services directly related to the claim.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
